Automotive Modelling
Extensive workshop experience. Competency in the use of wood/metal lathes, milling machines, sanders, vac-formers, jigsaw, bandsaw, pillar drills and virtually all hand tools.
Clay - Experience of form, proportion and surfacing through modelling in automotive styling clay (Faber & Chavant) over three projects.
Rendering Skills
Strong visualisation skills in pen, pencil and marker. Substantial knowledge and understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Interactive & Web Design
I have operated my own websites since 1998 - when I first began designing for the web. Since then I have worked part and full time for BEDA Design Solutions as a professional web designer on a range of projects from small corporate sites to large ecommerce projects. Clients include small start-ups, local government and large multi-nationals. I have also produced interactive presentations for selling concepts and ideas in a corporate environment.
On a personal basis, I now operate a small network of sites - some that are simply a legacy of past experiments, others that are fully fledged portals. For more information see the web design section.
